Molina Healthcare Sr Finance Analyst (Corporate FP&A) - REMOTE in Washington
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
This role is on the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team primarily supporting G&A submissions. The successful candidate in this position will assist in the management of G&A oversight of several Health Plans, supporting the monthly close function, forecasting / budgeting, headcount / vendor tracking and any ad hoc reporting requests for leadership decision making / support.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, close reporting, and month-end variance analysis
Complete accurate and timely financial reporting and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
Develops policies and procedures to support all Finance activities
Foster strong relationships with other teams and be able to adapt to change
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
3-4 Years
Preferred Education
CPA or MBA
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Preferred Experience
5-6 Years
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Workday Adaptive / Office Connect experience
PowerPoint experience

Pay Range: $67,725 - $141,371 / ANNUAL
